• Price changes may occur due to external factors (exchange rates, fuel costs)

• We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances

• Visa approval is at the sole discretion of embassies and consulates

• We provide guidance and assistance but cannot guarantee approval

• Processing times vary and are estimates only

• You are responsible for meeting all visa requirements

• Additional documentation may be requested by authorities

• We are not responsible for visa denials or delays

NextStep Travel & Tourism shall not be liable for:

• Flight cancellations or delays by airlines

• Natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events

• Loss or damage to personal belongings during travel

• Medical emergencies or accidents during travel

• Third-party service provider actions or omissions

• All website content, logos, and materials are our intellectual property

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without permission

• User-generated content shared with us remains your property

• We may use anonymized travel data for service improvement
